So basically we've heard that it's kind of ancient, right word alchemy.

Since ancient times, especially diocese, they were actually doing lots of experiments, how to stay young forever.

Speaker A:

They were looking for the very specific way, how to expand the lifespan.

And they even created the diocese industries they've even created.

Speaker A:

So let's call it the fake womb where they actually were collecting lots of energies to find the actual real ways.

How can we expand the lifespan, doing lots of experiments.

Speaker A:

It's like learning how do you connect both yin and yang together?

Because our universe is both light and the darkness.

So the actual alchemy, it's connecting both darkness and light, connecting feminine and masculine all together.

So it's not, it's not such a thing like, oh, that's the recipe, you know, like.

It goes to the basic fundamentals.

It's how do we connect both pharaoh and the light together within one human being, Same as with the energies.

So it's a very powerful thing.

How do we actually find that true balance within one human being?

The alchemists, they were always looking for this answer.

But now with the era of technology and the Internet, those people who seek for the real answers, they will find that it's all about become becoming that scientist, becoming that person who's actually asking the right questions.

You said the alchemists were looking for immortality.

Basically.

Do you Think they were searching for physical immortality or metaphorical immortality in the sense of they wanted their ideas and they wanted the concept of alchemy to live on forever.

Or do you think they were literally searching for their mortality for themselves?

Absolutely.

That's what they've done on all levels.

Speaker A:

Not only physical, energetic as well.

Speaker A:

Because all around us is ether.

Literally, everything is ether.

It's in the air.

Ether is the creation of life force.

And the alchemists were actually doing lots of experiments.

And there was scientific experiments how to actually use this force as ether combines all of the elements like fire, water, air, earth.

And ether is all combining it.

Ether is the life force.

It's the actual sexual energy that actually creates the life and the whole universe.

And they were actually looking for the immortality in the physical body as well.

And it's actually available to the person.

And there are people, actually who already discovered the secrets of immortality.

We just don't see those people, but it's already available to us.

And think of our body, of a physical body, as the actual biorobots.

Especially these days, we see that Elon Musk, he actually created the robots, right, with AI, and we see how powerful they become daily.

At the same time, our physical body is also the biorobot with very advanced functions.

And our biorobot is run on electricity from space.

So our nervous system actually regenerates our bodies.

And we don't really think, how much electricity do I need to function today?

It's like, we don't really think that I'm breathing.

We are just doing the inhale and exhale.

We don't really think, how much oxygen do I need to Receive so I stay alive.

Same thing with electricity.

So our biorobot receives the electricity daily when we sleep, when we are awake.

And the quality of electricity will depend on our lifestyle, on our life choices, on our subconscious mind programs and how we perceive our reality.

And the more electricity of the higher quality the body will receive, the more human being can achieve and the immortality becomes that possible.

So it's all about understanding the concept of who I am.

Because we are not only our physical body, right?

We also have the invisible body on the ether layer that actually exists.

We have many layers, not only one.

It's all about understanding about the whole concept of human beings and the concept of the brain as well.

Because our brain is a huge computer, quantum computer that creates everything for us.

Yeah, and obviously.

Well, presumably you speak, you mentioned the different layers of us as individuals is the idea that we bring those layers together and that is what.

So that was one of the questions.

What is the whole.

What's the point of alchemy then?

What's the purpose of rectifying and uniting these contrasting elements of existence and of humanity?

What do we actually get out of achieving it?

That's a very beautiful and powerful question.

It's becoming a superhuman, literally.

Speaker A:

Now we entering such a beautiful age and the centuries where everything becomes super real.

And that's the era of those few people who will be so brave to actually claim the available possibilities of the superhuman.

So by connecting all of those layers, the person has the access to unlocking superpowers available just by the birthright.

But it takes really readiness to take this responsibility, as this superhuman will be very responsible of own actions.

Because it's not only about own life, it's about the future of the whole planet and the future of the whole galaxy, literally.

So it's not only shallow such a thing, oh, I'm going to be rich and successful and well known.

No, it's the actual huge responsibility in front of the whole universe, literally.

That's why it's not for everybody, it's only for 1%.

I don't know who is the most notable alchemist?

Was Carl Jung an alchemist or was he a study student of alchemy?

Well, who, I guess the question is, is who that we know of is an example of one of those individuals.

Representing those that I.

It's not an ideology.

Is it an achievable thing or is it a conceptual thing?

Absolutely, it's achievable thing.

And especially I can give an example of the modern alchemist.

I definitely see that Elon Musk is the one who actually achieving this level so far already.

And there are many more people like him who is actually shifting our planet into the new era.

And he is one of the representatives actually, who is creating this new future overall.

And I definitely see he has a strong connection with his higher self.

And that's the key.

Once you truly connect with your higher self, you can actually create this new reality.

From this standpoint.

Would you say that Elon Musk is more of a practical alchemist rather than like a spiritual alchemist?

Is that a correct differentiation or not?

Absolutely.

But the true alchemy is when you connect the material with spiritual.

There are many spiritual bureaus who are actually fake alchemists.

Because the real spirituality of the new era is when you create the healthy balance between material and spiritual.

Because there are lots of gurus these days, they're just talking spiritual.

But the truth is, in the new era, if you want to be happy and successful, you need to really learn how to actually ground your spiritual results into the material physical world.

That's the only way how you can actually call yourself the real life alchemist.

Creating the healthy balance between material and the spiritual.

So how do we.

There has to be a union of the two polarities.

If you can't just be all air, you need to have a bit of earth.

This is a bit of a random question, but do those four elements, like live or reside inside human beings?

Like metaphorical.

And we have to union.

Unite them together.

Absolutely.

And it's not only metaphorical, it's physical.

I'll give you an example.

For example, earth within human body is the actual bones.

So it's the actual foundation.

It's very like.

And you actually strengthened by the exercise, but the actual physical presence by grounding your results, spiritual results into the actual material world.

That's how you can actually measure it, by the even bank account.

Can show how spiritual you Are actually your bank account can show more spirituality about you.

And we are not talking about the shady money.

I'm talking about the real spiritual money.

So another thing, the water is the element of the blood and lymphatic system.

It's one of the approaches I also use in my alchemy.

I have my own own method how I actually utilize the lymphatic system to expand own capacity of a superhuman.

The air is the breathing.

So once you meditate, once you're actually doing the breathing techniques, you are using the alchemy of the element of air.

Another element is the fire.

It's your willpower.

Speaker A:

The person with the strong willpower using the energy of the fire.

And once you master all of those disciplines together and all of those elements together, you actually get connected to the ether.

And the ether is the highest self, it's the spheres.

It's the highest creation on the planet earth.

And it takes lots of disciplines and practice.

First, activate your physical body by the physical activity.

That's how you activate earth, cleansing your body, detoxing it by doing the self cleansing through lymphatic systems and then affecting the quality of the blood.

Then doing the breathing, mastering the meditation and becoming very disciplined with this.

And also training your willpower and creating the power of your word.

When you actually think of something and you go and actually put it into action.

Because there are lots of dreamers these days with big ideas, big goals, big visions, but they don't have this willpower to actually ground it into action.

The most successful people that actually thought about it, they don't really think how do I make it perfect?

They put it into action.

And that's the elements of fire.

Yeah, that's a really important characteristic.

The understanding that you don't need perfection to make a step forward.

And I see what you mean.

What is water then?

Water is the psych.

It's our mental.

It's actual, the psychology.

Fluidity.

It's lymphatic.

And one of my methods actually activate the water within.

And this is the actual psychological state because there are many people who are depressed because their water is imbalanced.

Especially given how much littering there is.

Psychological littering there is nowadays in the sense of what we pick up from social media and television and things like that.

Through my alchemy I found a way how to activate the deep root cause.

And it does help to self cleanse all layers.

Not only physical but emotional as well.

My example, I released my depression through self activation of the way how I do it now.

How did you get into this?

I should have asked you that right at the beginning, but we went straight into it.

But so how did this crop up in your life?

A very beautiful question.

I always felt that since my birth, since like I was actually a child, I felt some specific mission within me.

Speaker A:

But it took me years to finally step in into my own power.

Speaker A:

And I'm so grateful to the COVID as Covid inspired me to actually start questioning the whole system.

Speaker A:

And that time was a huge inspiration for me to finally step into my power.

Speaker A:

I started questioning the whole beauty industry first.

Speaker A:

Then I started questioning the whole medical system.

Speaker A:

And that's when I went deep into my personal studies and I started to work with people actually because I'd seen the huge urge.

Speaker A:

I'd seen lots of depressed people, lots of people who actually.

Speaker A:

And I was one one of them as well.

Speaker A:

Because I found hey, it cannot be the same way again.

I felt this huge within me when I was starting asking questions and I started looking for the methods how to release the inner stagnation.

Let's call it this way, you know, because once you actually ready to take off, you need new methods.

And first I helped Myself and then I started working with people because I found my alchemy and it worked so powerfully within a month, not even talking about long term therapy because I was my own subject.

I was studying myself and I was, I was actually using myself as the research first and using the background of my family, using all of the practical tools that I've learned from many different teachers.

And at the same time, I feel my knowledge comes not only from this life, but from my past lives.

I've actually started remembering lots of things that I've actually gained in my past lives.

Speaker A:

I've started remembering many things, what I've actually knew already so far, and adding new puzzles pieces by studying through the best teachers in the world and creating my own ways how to deal with this.

So what did.

Because you sound, I know this is a very sort of naive question, but you sound exceptionally positive and exceptionally happy.

And it sounds like you're one of those, you're like that most of the time.

So what exactly did you need help with to start off with?

What were you struggling with?

Speaker A:

At first I was struggling that I felt the inner power within me, but I was afraid to actually, to finally claim it.

I felt the scale, I felt the infinite source of energy within me, but I didn't know how to tap, how to tap in with that source.

Speaker A:

I felt so much potential within me, but I didn't know how to actually break through that glass ceiling.

Speaker A:

I just needed to find a way how to break through.

And I was asking those questions because that energy started to destroy me from within.

Because you know those moments when you feel so much energy, so much potential, but you don't realize it in time, it starts killing you.

It starts actually throwing you into the wrong decisions, into the wrong choices.

For example, at that time, cannot say like I ever took like alcohol.

Speaker A:

But let's say sometimes when I was going out, you know, with girlfriends, sometimes I was having some champagne, right?

Speaker A:

But then I realized I don't drink champagne because I like it, but I feel, because my potential is not realized in a way, you know what I mean?

Speaker A:

So I no longer drink any alcohol, I don't take any substances.

Speaker A:

But I just came up with this idea when people, even when they drink and they think, oh, it's because I feel more relaxed, more happy.

Speaker A:

No, it's because people, they don't really realize own potential in a way.

Speaker A:

And I felt so much, so much scale within me.

Speaker A:

I just didn't know how, that's how I was asking those questions within meters and looking for those Answers going around the world.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

I'm a huge believer that if you, if there's something inside of you, whether it's your spirit or your psyche, is, is yearning and desiring for you to do something and you're not doing it, it will start causing you issues that seem potentially unrelated or random.

But that it's because there's something that sits at the core of what it is that you should be doing that you're not doing.

Speaker B:

And it's kind of like it's almost kicking up and it's acting out like a child would.

Speaker B:

And it's trying to make you realize that you need to either stop doing what you're doing or you need to look in a different direction.

Speaker B:

Do you understand?

Speaker B:

Do you sort of relate to that?

Speaker A:

Absolutely.

Speaker A:

Absolutely.

And I'm sure you know so many people in your life with so much potential, but they don't know how to break through.

And that's the whole thing.

You either claim it or it will destroy you.

Honestly.

That's why there are so many depressed people as well, because they start questioning, I don't like this job.

Speaker A:

You know, there are so many people, they just keep going to the jobs they hate and they feel not happy.

It's because they don't really realize that full potential that they feel deep inside.

And I'm sure, you know, many people like this and then they actually.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

And it's all about helping people to really realize and give them methods that actually work.

And those methods, they don't take too much time because, hey, time is too fast right now.

We don't have too much time for therapy work, for psychology work.

We need to learn how to move fast.

That's why I like the quantum therapy way.

As we don't really have the luxury of time anymore, the Earth actually started moving faster.

So how does Psychology link in with alchemy?

So psychology as like as we discussed earlier, is the site is the link, right?

So alchemy is the actual working with the ether, ether, energy.

So once you work with psychology, you are actually moving that inner stagnation.

And once your energy is flowing freely in the body, your psychology becomes super clear.

Your, you just become super sharp and focused.

So imagine this way, once your fluid is moving in your body freely, it's like a river.

When nothing holds back the river, the river is just flowing.

Once there are lots of rocks and lots of different lumber, fallen trees, the psychology cannot really flow freely.

So the river is going to be stuck, the swamp is created and there is stagnation created.

So alchemy and psychology, they work together.

It's like creating this beautiful river flow with a very pure waters.

So it's like the goal through the alchemy is to create this beautiful river flow.

So the energy flows freely in the body.

So all of the fluids moving freely in the body again, that energy, imagine again our inner organs, our inner system, our lymphatic systems, it's all interconnected with how well the energy will be transferred across the body and the more energy will be produced in the body.

Like think about again lymphatic system as the salty fluid that receives electricity as transferred through the whole organ system.

It's like this nuclear energy station deep within.

Speaker A:

Because actual all energy is stored in the liver.

And the liver gives the signal through the lymphatic system.

And the better psychologist, the less trauma within the body, the more energy you can move around and circulate.

So it's all about circulation of these fluids and the circulation of the energy.

And I like this comparison with a river.

There is the statement, river like a swamp.

In time it will become swamp.

In swamp, everything dies.

There is no light there.

If you want more energy, you need to create a space for the fluids to move freely and circulate freely in the body.

That's why it's so important to do the right action step daily, effective ones that will actually move this fluid and the energy daily.

I think you're spot on with the analogy of the river.

And I think what's cropping up a lot as you're talking is this notion of flowing, this idea that when things are flowing, when they're fluid.

I was speaking to someone about yoga and the energy sources involved in yoga.

And those are relatable, aren't they?

Because they both well, alchemy, from what you're talking about and psychology and yoga are all.

Well, as I just said, there seems to be an underlying theme of freedom to move, freedom to flow and exist in a liquid state.

So does yoga.

But is yoga part of the, maybe the earth, the physical aspect of, of alchemy, or could it be a conduit for that?

Absolutely.

And the yoga concept also should be studied and researched through a specific way.

First, yoga, it's breathing and it's the element of air, as once you master the breathing, you become the master of your life.

And yoga really helps to focus and really focus your energy where you want to go.

Further, it really helps you to create this inner concentration.

At the same time, talking about yoga through the physical perspective, it should be divided for female and male as well.

Because the actual physical yoga is created specifically for male.

It's a very important, it's very important that the actual physical yoga may block the feminine energy flow because there are some postures that actually don't allow the woman to step in, into her feminine energy in a way, through the physical exercises, it's mainly created for males.

Talking about physical techniques, there is the actual yin yoga specifically designed for female body, where the woman can actually experience her feminine energy in this embodiment, in this specific woman's body.

But the, the thing is, is not only once, if, if, because it's a big if sometimes, sometimes people could fall down a really big hole.

But if you can pull yourself back out the hole and reach level ground again, not only do you now know where the hole is, where that metaphorical existential hole is that maybe individual to you.

It may be broadly relevant to everyone, but you've also learned some form of skill in being able to pull yourself up out of it.

And if you've received guidance or help, whether that be what, no matter what form of therapy or whatever that may be, you've also learned how to communicate with someone and how to allow someone to.

To allow someone to facilitate you healing or you overcoming something.

Part of life is to uncover these issues from our past or to learn from them.

And there is low frequency feelings like the guilt, shame, resentment.

And it's everyone's responsibility to raise own inner state to the higher frequencies as one person affects the whole world.

It's like the science one second and our thought goes around the whole planet Earth.

Imagine when community of people think negatively about something, they really create this reality.

So it's the responsibility of every single human being to really learn how to self manage the inner state.

And all emotions, they are neutral, literally of course, they're all protecting us.

And it's okay to feel shame or guilt.

Speaker A:

It's all about knowing why am I feeling this feeling right now and how can I help myself in this moment.

And just understanding the whole concept that my inner state affects not only my family, not only the community, not only my country, but the whole world.

And once all people get into this high frequency state, the whole planet will heal.

So it's all about learning how do we manage even if negative things happens.

How can I self manage myself right now?

What can I do?

That's why I've actually created my inner circle, my private club where I give out lots of techniques to help people self manage themselves instantly instead of being stuck in a story or something bad happened and experiencing the biochemical reaction of the negative thought.

You may remember, like, remember maybe some negative situation that you've experienced in your life.

The moment you go back there, you might feel that you feel it again as if you felt it at that time ago.

Once you truly start submerging yourself into that situation, there is the actual biochemical reaction created in the body, in the brain.

Speaker A:

So it's all about hormones.

Speaker A:

Imagine it's like thinking of a lemon and all of a sudden you feel the sourish taste in your mouth.

Speaker A:

That's the biochemicals.

Speaker A:

And every emotion creates the biochemical reaction in the body.

Speaker A:

Now remember something happy that happened in your life, something super happy when you felt extremely happy.

Speaker A:

Like remember the situation.

Speaker A:

So now you might even feel how you're shifting right this biochemical.

Speaker A:

You might feel the happy state right now.

Speaker A:

And that's the power of biochemical reaction.

Speaker A:

And you become the manager of the inner state, not the emotion, not the feeling managing you, you managing it.

Speaker A:

So it's like a radio station or the shifting the gears in the car.

Speaker A:

You can actually shift the biochemicals.

Speaker A:

It's like you're not having lemon, but you might experience the sourish feeling in your mouth just by remembering about the lemon.

Speaker A:

So it's like understanding how powerful you are that you can self manage that inner state and learning how to switch yourself from unhappy unresourceful state to the happy resourceful state.

Speaker A:

And it's all biochemicals.

Speaker B:

Would you recommend people doing that?

Speaker B:

If, I mean it sounds obvious, but if a negative thought comes to mind, would you recommend just trying to replace it with a neck with a positive memory and then hopefully allowing that positive emotion that accompanies it to engulf the negative emotion or to surpass it.

Speaker A:

The first thing I would recommend is not to escape the negative emotion.

Speaker A:

Because people may think like, oh, it's negative emotion.

Speaker A:

No, I'm positive.

Speaker A:

So they will be suppressing the negative emotion.

Speaker A:

The first step is to actually acknowledge, yes, I feel it.

Speaker A:

Then ask yourself, why do I feel it?

Speaker A:

To actually get to the deep Root cause, not to escape from this.

Speaker A:

Because if the person starts saying, no, no, no, I'm positive, I'm positive that emotion gets suppressed and it's going to be stored in the body.

Speaker A:

And then the subconscious will be returning the person to relieve that situation.

Speaker A:

And again and again until that negative emotion is released.

Speaker A:

And if it's not released, it can turn into the chronic issue.

Speaker A:

All of the physical chronic issues start from that.

Speaker A:

When people, they may act like, they may act positively fake, they may smile saying, hey, no, no, I'm positive, I'm positive.

Speaker A:

No, I'm smiling.

Speaker A:

But deep inside there is this suppressed emotion.

Speaker A:

Rule number one, don't escape from this, relieve it.

Speaker A:

If you're feeling anger, feel the anger, stomp the feet, yell, shout in a very ecological way if you want to cry, cry if you want to.

Speaker A:

Like, you just need to relive it, but not being stuck in the story.

Speaker A:

And then shift yourself into the positive way, but not to escape it, not to lie yourself.

Speaker A:

Because all emotions, they serve the purpose.

Speaker A:

They're just showing you, hey, something is off.

Speaker A:

Like something triggered it.

Speaker A:

Instead of escaping, you need to actually face it, really see it in front of you, acknowledge it, give a space to this emotion to really identify why am I feeling it?

Speaker A:

And only then choosing the positive state not to allow it to be suppressed.

Speaker A:

Because the suppressed emotions, they kill people, they cause cancer, they cause chronic issues.

Speaker A:

They kill people.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

So all emotions are neutral.

Speaker A:

It's all about knowing how to work.

Speaker B:

Yeah, explain that.

Speaker B:

What do you mean all emotions are neutral?

Speaker A:

So there are no bad or good emotions.

Speaker A:

They all serve the purpose.

Speaker A:

They are given to us to actually identify.

Speaker A:

Hey, what's up with me?

Speaker A:

So all emotions, that is just showing the.

Speaker A:

The actual present moment.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

We cannot say, oh, this emotion bad.

Speaker A:

No, it's not bad.

Speaker A:

It's given to us to serve us.

Speaker A:

But many people, they really choose to being stuck in that emotion for too long, not using it as a tool to show what's up with me, because that's the perfect identification.

Speaker A:

If I'm in the wrong environment, for example, if you feel blame or shame, it just might show you that, hey, maybe I'm actually in the wrong environment.

Speaker A:

Why am I hanging out with people who are making me feel blame?

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

So it's a good signal.

Speaker A:

It's nothing wrong about it.

Speaker A:

So we don't need to escape from this.

Speaker A:

We just need to use it as a tool to rewire it into something that will serve us.

Speaker A:

All emotions are neutral.

Speaker A:

It's all about us, what we decide to Heal about that emotion and actually creating that story about that emotion.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

Because you can either be grateful to be blamed and find the positive lesson.

Speaker A:

It's one of the therapies I do is the actual timeline therapy that allows to find the positive lesson in any situation.

Speaker A:

And once you learn the positive lesson, that emotion gets released effectively.

Speaker A:

But you need to learn the positive thing within it.

Speaker A:

It's like flying above the timeline.

Speaker A:

Not being stuck within the emotion and relieving the story, but flying above the emotion and being like a observer and learning what positive things do I need to learn from that situation.

Speaker A:

And once you truly learn and install that positive learning into the depth of your subconscious, that emotion just disappears.

Speaker A:

It dissolves as there is no need to hold onto it.

Speaker A:

It's the lesson is learned.

Speaker A:

Yes, the positive lesson is learned.

Speaker A:

But every situation, even the most negative, it has the positive lesson.

Speaker A:

Every most negative situation has the most positive lesson.

Speaker A:

It's all about either you learn it or not.

Speaker A:

If you don't learn it, the situation will repeat with different actors, with different life scenarios until the subconscious will truly resolve it.

Speaker A:

Until the resolution happens.

Speaker A:

The situations will be different, but the emotion will be the same.

Speaker A:

It's like different movie scenes, different actors in the form of people, but the emotion is the same.

Speaker A:

So it's all about finding what positive do I need to learn from that moment and not being stuck in the story for too long.

Speaker A:

Otherwise it will cause lots of health issues and lots of depression, anxiety and many other things.

Speaker B:

How do you help people achieve that if they.

Speaker B:

If they can't let go?

Speaker B:

Because that is a really, really common thing.

Speaker A:

Absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker A:

And I've found my own method how to release it even within one session, only if the person is ready.

Speaker A:

I have the ways, but it takes the true readiness to release it.

Speaker A:

Because sometimes those stories, they serve the people to be in the victim mode.

Speaker A:

Because moving to the solution city where you fool boss and responsible for your own life requires different decisions.

Speaker A:

Being a victim is also a game.

Speaker A:

And sometimes people, they don't really seek for the real life methods that actually will free them up.

Speaker A:

Being a victim is also beneficial because there are ways why people prefer not to solve it.

Speaker A:

And I have the ways how to do it.

Speaker A:

One of them is my own author method that can release that on a non stuck emotion just within one session with me.

Speaker A:

And other tools that I use is based on neuro linguistic reprogramming or timeline therapy.

Speaker A:

And there are many other ways how to do it.

Also there is the hypnotherapy way But I don't use it too often because I believe in the strength of the willpower.

And I always encourage people to actually find that strength from within.

And I guide people how they make own decisions, own choices.

Imagine the moment people say, hey, I don't know, I don't know how to quit smoking.

Speaker A:

No, it takes only one choice, very powerful choice.

And finding what's the actual deep root cause, what good purpose this cigarette serves me.

That cigarette helps me with something.

Speaker A:

Maybe I'm actually having a moment to reflect onto something.

Speaker A:

So that cigarette is my helper.

But once you identify how it helps me and making the choice that I no longer need it, you don't need hypnotherapy to quit smoking.

Speaker A:

It just takes a very conscious choice of a human being to quit it.

Speaker A:

That's why if I do hypnotherapy, it's a very like specific cases when I really feel the person needs it.

Speaker A:

But they're all powerful to make a choice.

Speaker A:

But first we need to identify what purpose does it serve.

Speaker A:

Like any habit, overeating, smoking, drinking, drugs, or any other habits that destroy the human being potential.

Everything serves the positive purpose.

So we don't need to fight with this.

We need to learn the positive lesson.

Why it helps me, how it helps me, and then to reframe it and find the actual ways, the positive habits.

It's a strange thing to try and get your head around the idea that no matter how negative an emotion may feel or a situation may be playing itself out in your head, the likelihood is that you're gaining some form of positive emotion from it.

Speaker B:

And it's probably sort of a very twisted, underhanded emotion.

Speaker B:

But you just have to try and work out what that positive emotion is and let go of it.

Speaker B:

Would that be right?

Speaker A:

Absolutely.

Speaker A:

It's all about really realizing what purpose does it serve and not really fighting with this.

Speaker A:

Because every fight creates more resistance.

Speaker A:

And if you fight too much, you really, there is no resolution there.

Speaker A:

It's all about facing own shadow as well and really stop fighting.

Speaker A:

It's like, have you had those moments in life when you actually release that inner tension and you just like allowed the situation to resolve somehow, so you're no longer fighting with this.

Speaker A:

So same thing as with these emotions.

Speaker A:

You need to stop fighting with this and just really, really, really start asking those questions.

Speaker A:

Because the quantum field around us always agrees with you.

Speaker A:

Once you're ready to release, the teacher will come, the guide will come, the mentor will come, who will actually guide you there.

Speaker A:

It's all about your readiness and the inner authenticity to face it.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

When the teacher is ready, when the student is ready, the teacher will come.

Speaker A:

Absolutely.

Speaker A:

It's all about this inner choice and the inner readiness.

Speaker A:

And then you always get the resources.

Speaker A:

But you need to actually be truthful with yourself first.

Speaker A:

Not to play the game.

Speaker A:

Stop pretending.

Speaker A:

Because many people, they say, I want to change, but they're just pretending.

Speaker A:

They're not ready to take the real action to change something.

Speaker A:

They like to complain, they like to talk about it, but it all.

Speaker A:

But it also serves the person.

Speaker A:

Because everything takes readiness.

Speaker A:

We don't say it's bad or it's wrong.

Speaker A:

No.

Speaker A:

Everything requires timing.

Speaker A:

And everybody has own timing, baby.
